Shipping Destinations
We ship to all addresses within Canada and USA including PO boxes and rural areas.
Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: $9.99 flat rate for orders under $75.
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $75.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is ready to ship.
Delivery Time
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location in Canada. Remote or rural areas may take up to 10 business days.
Tracking
All orders come with a tracking number, sent via email once your package ships. Track your order directly through our shipping partner’s website
Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn’t arrive, contact us within 14 days at hello@ivanijewelry.com or through our Contact Us page. We’ll make it right!
