We hope you love your Ivani jewelry, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and with a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, and we recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Ivani is not responsible for lost packages or any issues during return shipping.

Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

We’ll issue a refund, store credit, or exchange once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse.
