You're covered for 365 days. If your IVANI piece shows peeling, abnormal discolouration, or a broken clasp/chain under everyday wear, we'll replace it or issue store credit — your choice.

Everyday wear = normal use (showering, sweat, rain, lotions, and perfumes in typical amounts are okay).

Not Covered

  • 🚫 Third-party repairs or alterations
  • 🚫 Products bought from unauthorized sellers

How to Make a Claim (Takes 2 Minutes)

1️⃣ Take clear photos of the issue and note your order number.

3️⃣ Our team will review your claim and confirm whether it qualifies for a replacement or store credit.

4️⃣ Once approved, we'll send your new piece or credit code.

  • Store in your IVANI pouch when not wearing.
  • Avoid direct sprays of perfume or alcohol-based cleaners.
  • Use a soft microfiber cloth — no harsh polishers.

IVANI Colour Warranty - 1 Year

These terms and conditions (this “Warranty”) are a binding agreement between you (“Customer,” “you”) and IVANI Jewelry Inc., an Ontario company doing business as “IVANI” (“IVANI,” “we,” “us,” “our”). This Warranty applies to products purchased directly from IVANI through our Shopify store and IVANI-operated in-person retail events (collectively, our “Channels”). By purchasing, using, or accepting any IVANI product, you agree to be bound by this Warranty.

1. Warranty Period

We warrant that, for one (1) year from the original purchase date (the “Warranty Period”), your eligible IVANI jewelry will remain free from peeling, fading, or abnormal discolouration under normal use.

2. Covered Defects

During the Warranty Period, IVANI will, at its option, replace any product or provide store credit if the plating or PVD coating exhibits:


  • Peeling

  • Abnormal discolouration or tarnishing beyond normal surface wear

3. Normal Use; Exclusions and Limitations

Normal use means everyday wear, including incidental exposure to water, sweat, rain, and lotions in typical amounts.

This Warranty does not cover:


  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., micro-scratches, softening of finish)

  • Broken clasps, chains, pendants, or other structural failures

  • Loss or theft

  • Damage from misuse, accidents, negligence, snagging, or improper care (including exposure to harsh chemicals/cleaners, chlorine, hot tubs/pools, abrasive contact, ultrasonic cleaners, or third-party repairs/alterations)

  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or marketplaces

  • Non-jewelry items or accessories not manufactured by IVANI

4. Exclusive Remedies

If a covered colour defect arises during the Warranty Period, IVANI will, at its discretion:


  • Replace the item with the same or a substantially similar product (comparable style/finish), or

  • Provide store credit equal to the price actually paid for the product (including applicable taxes, excluding shipping).

    Each product is eligible for one (1) Warranty claim total. Remedies are exclusive and cannot be combined.

5. Claim Submission and Processing

To file a claim, you must:


  • Submit the claim within the Warranty Period

  • Provide your IVANI order number or receipt (original purchaser or gift recipient)

  • Submit clear photographs showing the colour defect to hello@ivanijewelry.com. IVANI may require a brief proof-of-destruction (e.g., a “snip & photo” of the item with the order number and date) for items not returned.

    IVANI will acknowledge receipt within one (1–2) business day and provide an eligibility determination within two (2–3) business days.

6. Resolution and Shipping

Upon approval of a valid claim:


  • IVANI will process the replacement or store credit within three (3) business days.

  • IVANI covers outbound replacement shipping within Canada up to $10 CAD. (See Warranty page for U.S./EU rates.)

  • Defective items are not required to be returned unless requested.

7. Abuse Prevention

Only one (1) claim per product is permitted. IVANI may deny claims that appear fraudulent, abusive, or outside the scope of this Warranty.

8. Limitation of Liability; Consumer Law

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IVANI’s liability under this Warranty is limited to the amount you paid for the product. This Warranty does not limit your statutory rights under provincial/territorial consumer protection laws.

9. Transferability

This Warranty applies to the original purchaser and gift recipients with valid proof of purchase.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Warranty is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
